Welcome to the Munich Tumour Centre Trust

Running away, looking away, turning away - sometimes these actions have their advantages. But definitely not in this case. Cancer can affect anyone, at any time, anywhere. It is the horror disease of the 21st century, creeping secretly up on people and remains unpredictable in many cases. In industrial nations it is the second most common cause of death after cardiovascular diseases. In Germany alone, 436,000 people are diagnosed with cancer each year. In many cases there is still a lack of effective therapies and medicines. Research for new knowledge and solutions is continually being carried out. Statistics are analysed, experiences exchanged and every effort is made to guarantee optimal support for those affected. And, of course, this all costs time and money.
